Funded by the Build 2 Scale grant in 2022, Talent Foundry is a UC San Diego program with a mission to bring together all the necessary resources and networks underrepresented founders need to grow and fund successful businesses around San Diego. Their vision is to make a positive difference not just in the lives of participating founders, but also those they employ and serve. The program focuses on building a better, more inclusive tomorrow specifically for the San Diego region, all the while increasing economic growth and changing the way the surrounding community thinks about what's possible for present and future entrepreneurs.
