Meet the VC 11/5: Nhi Lê of Alpha Intelligence Capital
This month we welcome General Partner Nhi Lê of Alpha Intelligence Capital (AIC), a deep tech, AI-focused VC firm investing in pre-seed to series A startups globally. Nhi understands the nuances of research commercialization and has 15+ years of experience working with university spinouts globally as an investor, founder and employee, and service provider. Prior to AIC, Nhi helped her PhD advisor form a startup commercializing patented technologies from her thesis research, worked with entrepreneurial researchers at the world's oldest university-based tech transfer office (WARF), and led a Singapore-based family office investing in university spinouts and VC firms globally. Nhi earned her PhD in stem cell research at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and dual engineering BS degrees from Georgia Tech. Outside of investing, Nhi is also highly involved in developing innovation strategies and entrepreneurship programming for underserved markets throughout the US, Kazakhstan, and pan Africa.
